The Yamaha CLP-465GP is like having a baby grand in your home with the convenient features of a digital piano. Damper resonance, dynamic stereo sampling, smooth release and pure CF sampling are all features that make this digital piano sound just like a concert grand piano.

The piano action feels like a real grand piano. This feature is called the Graded Hammer 3 action. The keys in the bass of the piano have more resistance and gradually get lighter and quicker to play as you reach the treble.

128 notes of polyphony means that information being processed by the piano is easily handled no matter how much is going on. With pedals, rhythms and lots of notes being played all at the same time is no problem for the Yamaha CLP-465GP Clavinova. The GP in CLP-465GP stands for "Grand Piano". This piano is designed to give you a full baby grand piano experience without the need for tuning and adjustments to the action after time.

There are 14 different high quality sounds to choose from. You have an LED display, two track recording, metronome, USB audio recording (you can record from the digital piano straight to a USB storage device) and 50 classical preset songs. Two headphone jacks allow for duet practicing or jamming as loud as you want without bugging any neighbors.

Synthetic ivory keytops give a higher quality feel and added grip and control when playing. The slightly porous texture of the synthetic ivory helps with the grip.
