The Yamaha Servicebond SM Assurance Program is provided to the customer, without additional charge, 3-8 months after delivery of their piano. This service is a thorough check up and adjustment procedure to "rejuvenate" a piano after play-in and acclimation to its new environment. After 3-8 months or so of settling and becoming acclimatized, the piano will receive the benefit of a service visit to return it to the conditions specified by the manufacturer.
